Yesterday I put Starforgers on the Kindle Select program to try and generate some interest. It was not selling at all on Kindle or Nook. So I turned off the Nook sales and added it to the Kindle Select program. I didn’t check it at all on Saturday. Promptly forgot about it, actually. Then this morning I remembered and I had sold about 55 books. That’s more than it sold since its debut in November.
Today I’ve been following it a little closer. At noon the sales have risen to about 135 and the ranking is at 2,212. It’s number 75 in genre/sci-fi. So that’s promising. Once a book gets on a best seller list, it usually stays there for an extended time. At least that’s what happened to Starstrikers a few years ago.
