Next year I will be Vice President of my chapter of Sisters in Crime, called Partner’s in Crime. My largest responsibility will be to come up with interesting speakers for the group every month of the following year with the exception of December and our movie month.
So that’s ten interesting speakers for 2010. If you live in the Boise region of Idaho and can recommend an interesting speaker on anything remotely related to writing mysteries, thrillers and crime fiction, please let me know.

Some guest speakers I’m currently looking at getting include, a safe cracker, myself (speaking about social media for writers), an Amateur Radio expert and someone from the Boise PD.
By the way, this writer’s group has been one of the finest organizations I have ever been a part of and I encourage anyone who writes or reads mysteries in the Boise area to join us this year.
We are friendly, we meet at a local, independent book store (Rediscovered Books) and we usually have snacks!
