Last night I was able to sneak in two chapters, so I’m up to chapter 8 now. I also spent some time yesterday working on character arc for Devon and Kantor. Both main characters needed some tweaking to justify their actions in the book. I can’t really go into a bunch of detail without spilling the beans on the story, suffice it to say that things needed clarifying and I aim to clarify them. Okay, there’s your daily misquote of Firefly for you.
Here I am on the couch proof reading, while the rest of family is outside enjoying the summer evening. That’s my dog Endora looking longingly out the front window at the kids outside.
